Registration fee is nonrefundable. Tuition paid for the current enrollment period is refundable within 14 days of enrollment start, minus any completed coursework or platform access fees. No refund is issued after 14 days or once 20% or more of enrolled coursework has been accessed. Annual prepay refunds are prorated based on unused months, less the 14-day window. ESA-funded tuition refunds are subject to ADE and ClassWallet guidelines.
